With regard to other issues, the parties have filed a joint compromise memo. They have agreed to file a petition for mutual divorce before the competent Court. Based on the joint memo, they have agreed to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition for mutual divorce. If such a petition is filed, the same shall be considered without insisting on the cooling-off period. 3. With the above said direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as stated in joint compromise memo. No costs.
