Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned public prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the present case and fact that there are no criminal antecedents of petitioner, and conclusion of investigation/ trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.
