ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a direction to set aside the endorsement at Annexure-'A' dated 19.12.2024 and further direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure-'F' dated 06.03.2025. In terms of Annexure-'F', the petitioner had sought for transfer of the authorisation from his father to his name, as his father had passed away on 10.09.2024. 2. The application of the petitioner came to be rejected with an endorsement that the petitioner had not completed 18 years of age and the said endorsement at Annexure-'A' has been challenged. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly submits that the application at Annexure-'F' has been given on 06.03.2025 and as on such date, the petitioner had already completed

18 years and had attained majority and that the substantive right for transfer of authorisation on compassionate grounds would be considered and necessary orders would be passed on Annexure-'F' without reference to the endorsement at Annexure-'A'. 4.
In light of such stand of learned Additional Government Advocate, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-'F' without reference to the endorsement at Annexure-'A' and pass necessary orders regarding transfer of authorisation within a period of three weeks from today
