The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1851 of 2023, (State Vs. Chandrakanta and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 643 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Khoda, District- Ghaziabad, as well as charge-sheet dated 12.01.2019 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/ A.C.J. (S.D.), Court No. 2, Ghaziabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
