ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“ to issue a Writ,
order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the notices Dt.12.06.2025 issued by the 4^^ Respondent without any details for demolition of the structures as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the well- established principles of natural justice apart from violation of fundamental and constitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents not to meddle with the property of the petitioners bearing D. No. 10-62, 63 & 64 of Polavaram Road, Parimpudi Village of Koyyalagudem Mandal of Eluru District and pass such....” / Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the impugned Notices dated 12.06.2025 (Ex.P.1). He would submit that these impugned Notices are non-specific, inasmuch as no particular details have been given with regard to the encroachments. He would also submit that the principles of natural justice have been violated, inasmuch as explanation has been called for by the Official Respondents. Having perused the impugned Notices, this Court is in agreement with the submissions made by learned counsel for the writ petitioners.
