Upadhyay, learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the direction contained in the order dated 17.06.2022 in WP(C) No.4000/2022 directing the payment of pension to the petitioner by taking into consideration the continuous length of service rendered as a Muster Roll Worker in addition to the period of service rendered after regularization of his services. The learned counsel submits on instructions that the amount has been released as per the directions of the Court on 05.09.2024. Taking into consideration the submissions made that the amount has already been released although there were some delay in complying of the order, this Court does not find any contention to proceed the matter any further.
