Case No.185 of 2025. A secret information was received that some persons have gathered and were planning to commit dacoity at which the Police conducted a raid and several miscreants were apprehended with incriminating materials. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the co-accused namely Vikash Kumar has been granted bail in B.A. No.215 of 2026. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2025. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that stolen jewellary was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and that he has criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Korrah P.S.
