CMP No. 32951 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/petitioner has prayed for release of compensation amount. Since the appeal has been decided on 04.09.2024, there is no impediment to release the amount in favour of the applicant/petitioner. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the amount lying in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of applicant, along with up to date interest, by remitting the same into her Bank account, detail whereof is given in para No. 7 of the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/petitioner may be verified. The application is accordingly disposed of.
