Learned counsel for petitioner restricts her prayer for expeditious disposal of the matter. She waives/forgoes the other prayer made in the writ petition. 4. Section 21B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 reads as under: "21B. xxxxx (2) Every petition under this Act shall be tried as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15207 WP No. 9325 of 2025 within six months from the date of service of notice of the petition on the respondent." 5. In view of the above, this petition deserves to be allowed.
