The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Senha PS Case No.23 of 2025 and the matter is pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court. 4. Learned State counsel has got no objection for the same. 5. This petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
