Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By the present writ petitioner, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents to release the pending travel dues of the petitioner for the period October, 2018 to June, 2019. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring Annexure P-6 communication dated 30/01/2024, submits that the Chief Engineer, Mini Mata (Hasdeo) Bango Project, Bilaspur has forwarded the claim raised by the petitioner to the Executive Engineer, Kelo Project, Dam Division to consider the aforesaid claim and to take a decision. 4. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits that the Chief Engineer has already forwarded the application to the Executive Engineer, Kelo Project and the Executive Engineer shall take a decision, though vide Annexure P-3, the Superintending Engineer has already asked the Executive Engineer to provide the document in proof of travel and stay at hotel, but in spite of the same, till date, the same has not been provided to the Superintending Engineer. He further submits that if the petitioner or Executive Engineer will provide the same, the claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will submit the requisite proof in respect of his travel and stay at hotel, in respect of his claim, before the authorities. 6. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to 3 / 3 submit the requisite proof with regard to travel and stay at hotel before the respondent authorities within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the authority concerned is directed to look into the matter and settle the claim of the petitioner within a period of 15 days, as per the rules. 7.
