It is argued by Sri Rama Nand Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 that charge sheet dated 07.03.2025 has been issued by the Block Development Officer Bangra, District Jhansi to the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in accordance with law, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
