Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri S.V.S.S.Siva Ram, learned Standing Counsel for 4 respondent. th 3. Petitioners claim to be engaged as Multipurpose Health Workers under the control of 4*" respondent through selection mode. After issuance of notification, petitioners were appointed at different spells of time from 2016 onwards. After putting considerable service, they have been disengaged from the service in 2023. Petitioners have now submitted representation dated 20.05.2025 to 4*^ respondent requesting to consider their long standing service and continue their services, which is stated to be pending. -t. , / HCGR,J ^ W.P.No. 15346 of 2025 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits situated when they were said to be disengaged from that persons similarly services, they preferred W P.No.24835 of 2022. Basing on the orders passed by this Court in the said writ petition, their cases were considered and by proceedings dated 28.03.2025 issued by 4‘'’ respondent they have been admitted into service. Therefore seeks parity on same footing. He would therefore urge to direct 4 orders on aforesaid representation. th respondent to consider and pass appropriate 5.
