By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant have sought for a suitable direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 693 of 2021 (Shivangi Nishad Vs. Narendra Kumar), under Sections 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Cantt, District - Prayagraj, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the wife of opposite party no. 2 and proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, however, till date the same has not been decided and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and to decide the same within specific time frame. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection. 5. In view of aforesaid, the Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of production of copy of this order, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6.
