When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit the alleged encroachment has been removed. If at all, the petitioner has got any grievance, he has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 3.With the above said observation, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
