Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2 to produce the corpus-petitioner no. 1 before this Court. 3. Admittedly, the corpus is confined to Nari Niketan pursuant to the order of Child Welfare Committee dated 1.7.2022 and the same is not under challenged. 4. Perusal of the statement of the victim-corpus recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. annexed at page 65 of the paper-book clearly reflects that she has stated her age as 13 years and she is confined to Nari Niketan pursuant to the order of C.W.C. 5. On a pointed query as to how present petition is maintainable in the light of judgment of this Court in the case of Km. Rachna and another vs. State of U.P. and others 2021(3) ADJ 415 (FB) learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy the court. 6.
