This application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence imposed upon the applicant Bireswar Bhuyan by the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat, Assam in Special Case No.32/2023. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. 5. The sentence imposed upon the applicant Bireswar Bhuyan by the learned Sessions Judge, Jorhat, Assam in Special Case No.32/2023 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected appeal. 6. The applicant is already on previous bail, therefore, he shall remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected appeal.
