Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this moment petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merits and are only seeking direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation within specified time.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation dated 30-05-2022 (Annexure-P/1) submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
