Though the petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2023, the surrender leave salary has not been disbursed to the writ petitioner, despite giving representation to the respondents on 15.09.2025, for disbursing the said benefits. Since the representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.
