By order dated 6.12.2023 passed in I.A.(Civil)3579/2023, this Court directed the opposite party/appellant to deposit Rs.10 lakhs out of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance of the said direction, the appellant has already deposited an amount of Rs.10 lakhs before the registry. By this application, the applicant is seeking direction to release the said Rs.10 lakhs deposited by the appellant before the registry to the applicant/claimant. Prayer of the applicant has not been objected to by Ms. L. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. Accordingly, prayer is allowed.
