While placing on record communication dated 16.9.2025, issued under the signature of Director (Higher Education), enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 17.9.2025, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with.

Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this court finds that the petitioner, who has already retired from service, has been treated to be appointed as Assistant Librarian w.e.f. 18.11.2002 instead of 2009, on regular basis. Office order dated
2 17.9.2025, further reveals that petitioner has also been extended consequential service benefit except actual monetary benefit.

Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings, accordingly, present petition is disposed of. Notices stand discharged. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
