E," 2 Petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in crime Nc,.41 of 2025 of Narsipatnam Rural Police Station, Anakapa'lj District. 2. A case has been registered agajnstthe petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Sub.stances Act,1985. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 18.04.2025, at about 12.00 hours, on credible jnforma{ion, the sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed to Gabbada Outskirts, Narsipatnam Mandal and found the accused transporting 6OKgs of ganja. The contraband, along with other mate'riaI, was seized under cover of a mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. The petitioner has been injudicial custody since 18.04.2025. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused is 60Kgs. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Al is resident of Tamilnadu State and she is. a Pregnant woman. ln-View Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/AI on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on her execu{jng personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand *-a- EEEEIE I-lE| 3 only) with two sureties of the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge-Gum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam. ii) on release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Saturday, between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. iii) Petitioner herein shall not go beyond the jurisdiction of visakhapatnam District, Andhfa Pradesh State, without leave of the Special Court and she shall make available her,location through mobile phone by pairing her with the mobi.Ie phone of the Investigating Officer round the clock. 6.
