The same is deemed to be validly served. Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. None appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No.116 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner had harassed and molested the daughter of the informant, as a result of which she had stopped going to the school. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a para-teacher and he has falsely been implicated as he was instrumental in removing one Rana Pratap Singh from the school management committee. Learned counsel submits that the victim has been examined as P.W.1 and she has been declared hostile on account of the fact that she has specifically stated that the petitioner had not done any immoral act with her. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the evidence of P.W.1 the victim which has diluted the allegations leveled against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S.
