This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Ramna P.S. Case No.117 of 2021 [S.T.Case No.290 of 2025], registered for the offence under sections 302, 506, 34 I.P.C, pending in court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the petitioner happened to be cousin brother of the informant and they are in inimical terms and in the F.I.R the allegations are made against Nanda Paswan of killing the deceased namely, Shiv Bhuiyan who happened to be the father of the informant. He further submits that the petitioner 2 B.A. No.10466 of 2025 has not been identified as committing murder of the father of the informant along with Nanda Paswan and the name of the petitioner has been taken by the police informer. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that name of the petitioner has been taken by the police informer. 5. Considering that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the petitioner has not been identified to be murderer of the father of the informant and Arun Bhuiyan @ Arun Ram against whom identical allegation is there and whose name has also been pointed out by the police informer, has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.1587 of 2024 and the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Ramna P.S.
