Sri Suneel Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the present application, in which challenge has been raised for expediting the proceedings arising out of criminal appeal No. 146 of 2024 pending before District and Session Judge Azamgarh under section 29 of the protection of the women from domestic violence Act 2005 within stipulated time period, however, in the meantime matter was referred for mediation, but the same was unsuccessful and the direction so sought in the present application for disposal of the appeal met with an order dismissing the appeal. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open for the applicants to take legal steps available to him.
