IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI (Special Original Jurisdiction) [3310] TUESDAY ,THE TWENTY EIGHTH DAY OF JANUARY TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY FIVE PRESENT THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE K MANMADHA RAO WRIT PETITION NO: 41851/2015 Between: Chennuru Jamal Vali, ...PETITIONER AND The State Of Andhra Pradesh and Others ...RESPONDENT(S) Counsel for the Petitioner:
1. J SESHAGIRI RAO Counsel for the Respondent(S):
1. GP FOR ENDOWMENTS (AP) The Court made the following Order:
On verifying the proceeding sheet, it is observed that, on an earlier occasion i.e., on 03.01.2025, it was represented that learned counsel for the petitioner has given up Vakalat and entrusted the matter to an Advocate in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, but the Advocate also passed away. Therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the petitioner.
2
Apparently, the registry has sent notice to the petitioner and the same was served on the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, even though the notice was served, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either personally or through any advocate. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
