The facility was leased out until 31.03.2024, after which, following a resolution passed by the municipal council, it was decided that the slaughterhouse would be rented out on a monthly basis. 6.I humbly submit that hte slaughterhouse has not been operational from 01.09.2024. The Municipality has intiated a tender process for demolishing the existing structure and constructing a new facility for the slaughterhouse and work order was issued on 22.08.2024. 7.I further submit that at the time of inspection it is found that the facility remains closed, and the accumulated waste has been properly disposed off.
