These writ petitions have been filed for grant of almost identical reliefs, which have been extracted from CWP No. 5902 of 2025: - “(i) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued thereby quashing and setting aside office order dated 30.12.2024 (P-7), whereby pay of petitioner has been fixed in Level 3 (Cell 1) at Rs.20200/- Basic. (ii) That, a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondent to fix the pay of the petitioner on his regularization as Executive 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 3 Assistant in Level 9 (Cell 1) at Rs. 35,600/- Basic which corresponding to initial level of pay band of 10300- 34800+3200 grade pay. (iii) That, the respondent be also directed to grant two increments to the petitioner earned by him during his contract service and thereafter, fix his pay in Level 9 (Cell 3) at Rs. 37,800/- and pay him all the arrears, incidental thereto.” 3. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar relief was prayed for in Neeraj Kumar Vs. Jogindra Central Co-Operative Bank Limited and Anr2. The said writ petition was disposed of on 18.09.2025, which order was further clarified on 01.01.2026 in CMP No.27801 of 2025 filed in the said case with direction to the Managing Director of the respondent-Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank Limited to constitute a committee for resolution of pay anomaly, if any, in the pay sale of regular/contractual employees, within a period of six weeks. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Bank submits that the respondent is in the process of constituting a Committee in terms of the directions issued in Neeraj Kumar2 and that the cases of present petitioners 2 CWP No.6325 of 2025 decided on 18.09.2025 4 being similar, are also required to be considered by the said Committee. Learned counsel for the petitioners is also agreeable to the above suggestion. Prayer has been made by learned counsel for both sides to dispose of the present writ petitions on the basis of directions issued in Neeraj Kumar2 . 5. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are also disposed of with the order that directions issued in Neeraj Kumar2 as clarified on 01.01.2026 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the present writ petitions as well.
