The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- 10.1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records leading to present case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court; 10.2) The Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to register First Information Reports against the bank officials of Respondent No. 07 to Respondent No. 16 (Respondent Banks) and Respondent No. 26 and Respondent No. 27 (Private Respondents); 10.3) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.4) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper 7 may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. In the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents’ Authorities to register the FIR on the complaint made by him. 3. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, submits that in para 9.11, the petitioner himself has stated that some of the persons, who were aggrieved by the alleged crime, their case has been registered bearing Crime No. 50/ 2025 at P.S. Kotwali, Raipur and Crime No. 103/2025 at P.S. Kanker. He further submits that the grievance of the petitioners can be very well redressed before the concerned court of Magistrate by filing an application under Section 156(3) or 200 of the Cr.P.C. (now, under Section 175(3) or under Section 223 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023). He further submits that the controversy involved in the present matter has already been decided by the High Court of Allahabad in Misc. Bench No. 24492 of 2020 : Waseem Haider vs. State of U.P. Through Principal Secretary, Home Others vide judgment and order dated 14.12.2020 as well as by this Court in WPCR No. 333 of 2020 (Akhilesh Agrawal vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) decided on 12.04.2023, dismissing the said petition, hence, the present petition be also dismissed in terms of the said order. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted that some FIR’s have already been registered, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 5.
