The petitioner is seeking quashing of Crime No.75 of 2025, on the file of Ghantasala Police Station, Krishna District. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present complaint has been filed as a counterblast to the complaint filed by the petitioners against the 2nd respondent. It is submitted that on 26.04.2025, the petitioners filed a complaint against the 2nd respondent and her family members, which was registered as a Crime No.83 of 2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 118(1), read with Section 3(5) of the BNS. As a counterblast, the present complaint has been filed. 3. It is submitted that the police have issued notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS and are conducted the investigation. 4. Considering the above, the Station House Officer, Ghantasala Police Station, Krishna District, shall complete the investigation, duly taking into consideration both the complaint filed by the petitioners and the complaint filed against the 2nd respondent. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
