The prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 for considering the application dated 06.11.2021, by which the petitioners have sought for transfer of mutation and effecting revenue entries in respect of the immovable properties as described in the application which was standing in the name of the father of the petitioners. 2. In my view, since the petitioners are stating that the entries were standing in the name of their father and pursuant to the decree in O.S. No.76/2021, the entries are to be changed in their name, it would be appropriate to direct respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the said request and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:15597 WP No. 8676 of 2025 3.
