The Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to give Police protection for loading and unloading the materials available at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited depot at M/s.Vaid Logistics Private Limited, 71/3B, Main Road, South Street, Kongapatti, Vadugapatti, Usilampatti, Madurai, based on the petitioner's complaint and CSR No.890 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025 issued by the second respondent. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since there are rival claimants and the parties, who are allegedly preventing the petitioner from loading and unloading materials have not been impleaded, no such direction can be given to the petitioner. 3.
