Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the applicant through V.C. 2. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The respondent Mrs. Garima Raunkali is wrongly impleaded as a respondent-contemnor since she already transferred in the year 2024 i.e. much prior to the date of pronouncement of the judgment of the Coordinate Bench of this court in bunch of petitions. 4. On perusal of the judgment the specific directions were issued to the respondent fixing the cut- off date as 01.07.2020 for determination of age to declare the result. The judgment was passed on 25.08.2025 but uptill date the result has yet not been declared. 5. The present Secretary Mr. Pradeep Joshi is also present through V.C. and undertakes before this court that by tomorrow he will declare the result in compliance to the order passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 25.08.2025. The undertaking as given by Mr. Joshi is really appreciable. 6. Since, the present Secretary of the Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board undertakes to declare the result by tomorrow, therefore, there is no useful purpose to continue the proceeding in the instant contempt petition. 7.
