This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorary declaring action of the 3rd Respondent in including the name of the Petitioner who is the Counsel for the appellant in OA-II No. 163/2013 by stating that FIR should be filed on the petitioner in the
Judgment passed in the OA-II No. 163/2013 on the file of in the Court of The Railway Claims Tribunal, Amaravathi Bench, Amaravathi dated 05-09-2019 by following the instructions of 2nd and 4th Respondents which is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violation according to chapter V, U/S. 35 to 44 of Advocates Act and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to exclude my name who is the counsel for the appellant in the Judgment of OA-II No. 163/2013 on the file of in the Court of The Railway Claims Tribunal, Amaravathi Bench, Amaravathi dated 5-9-2019.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home
3. As seen from the counter filed by respondents, a case in Crime No.602 of 2019 of Arundelpet Police Station has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 196, 198, 209, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition seeking quashment.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
