Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this petition is filed seeking extension of time to pay arrears of maintenance amount as awarded by this Court vide order dated 10.5.2024. He contended that during pendency of this petition, petitioner deposited Rs.3,00,000/- on 11.7.2025 towards arrears of maintenance amount and today petitioner has deposited Rs.8,70,000/-, thereby he has deposited total sum of Rs.11,70,000/- in bank account of respondent No.1 and as such, the entire arrears towards maintenance has been deposited by petitioner in terms of order dated 10.5.2024 and therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous and he does not want to press it. 2. In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this petition seeking extension of time to deposit arrears of maintenance is dismissed as not pressed.
