3. Petitioner claims to be working as Deputy Executive
4. Engineer. He was initially working with Kadapa Municipal Corporation and was transferred to 6*^ respondent. As he was surrendered and directed to report before 3'^'^ respondent, the same was assailed by filing W.P.No.2988 of 2025. This Court, vide order dated 05.02.2025 suspended the proceedings of surrender and the said writ petition is pending
consideration. The petitioner has

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits suffice to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to representation and pass appropriate orders. that it would consider the above said
6. Learned counsels appearing for respondents submit that as representation of petitioner on other hand is pending for disposal and as if is submitted recently on 03.06.2025. they would dispose the same in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions with the consent of both counsels, Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos.1 to 6 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 03.06.2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the order strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
