When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.11.2025, the learned Standing Counsel had produced a copy of the order dated 07.11.2025, whereby, the petitioner's appeal had been disposed of and hence, the learned Standing Counsel was directed to produce the proof of the said communication to the petitioner. 3.
