With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Medical) at Government High School Jhunga u/c Government Senior Secondary School Lambagaon, District Kangra, H.P. Her grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid place, which falls under most difficult areas category, she preferred a 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 representation on 01.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2. seeking transfer to her preferred stations, however, the said representation till date has not been decided by the aforesaid respondent/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
