JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 07.01.2025 Heard Mr. D.Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R.R.Kaushik, learned Addl.P.P. for the State respondent. This application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, Dilip Bhuyan in respect of Teok PS Page No.# 2/2 Case No.115/2024 under Section 316(5)/318 (4) of the BNS Act, 2023. Mr. Kaushik has submitted that pursuant to the interim order granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.12.2024, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and is co-operating with the investigation of the case. In view of above, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody and as such, his prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. Interim order dated 09.12.2024 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to appear before the I.O. as and when called for and shall co-operate with the investigation. With the aforesaid direction, the pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. Case diary be returned back. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
