That they have mutually consented for divorce and to that effect have also filed a petition before the V Additional District Judge, Tirupathi and the same is pending. same was 4. It is further submitted that as on date the petitioners and the‘2"^^ respondent i have compromised and eking out a living separately and upon the suggestions of the elders keeping in view of their future, they have mutually ; entered into a compromise and as such in pursuance of the same, we have filed a petition seeking the Hon’ble Court to record the compromise. The contents mentioned in the said compromise petition are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. The said compromise is entered with free will and consent and without any coercion. Hence, we are filing the present joint Memo.
