---------- 20/ 17.07.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has been informed by her client that entire payment has been made to the respondent way back in the year 2006. She has also produced an information along with copies of cheques which she has received through E-mail.

3. Relying upon the aforesaid documents, she submits that entire payment has been made to the petitioner. Accordingly, she does not want to press this writ application.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if it would be found that Award has not been complied then the respondent would be given liberty to take appropriate steps under the Industrial Disputes Act.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application is dismissed as not pressed.
6. However, the respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps under the Industrial Disputes Act, if the Award is not fully complied with.
