It appears that without submitting any explanation to the said notice, the petitioner has approached this Court directly. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner’s explanation dated 22.01.2022 in the light of G.O.(D) No.337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
