The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in not taking any action against the Respondent No.4 for dishonouring contractual obligations as per the conditions set in Tender Notice dated 23.06.2017 and not initiating appropriate action against the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for submitting fraudulent and fabricated documents along with their tender application as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to cancel the work allotted to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and initiate necessary action as per law. 2. The Tender Notification was for manufacture, supply and delivery of Truck Mounted Refuse Compactor of 6 cum capacity as per the specifications including Truck chassis with Driver’s cabin and PTO of BS IV inclusive of loading, mounting, transporation to site, testing commissioning and other charges etc., complete to all ULBs in AP State. 3. This Court did not pass any interim order in this case. 3 4. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition does not appear to survive for adjudication. 5. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
