The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 16 days. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.17970 of 2025 on 27.10.2025.
