This is an application filed invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court, challenging the order dated 20.09.2023, in FC (Civil) No. 327/2020, whereby the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati, had Page No.# 2/2 permitted the amendment and imposed a cost of Rs. 15,000/-, to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent. 3. This Court has duly perused the said order dated 20.09.2023, impugned in the instant proceedings and finds no justifiable ground to entertain the present proceedings, as there is no error in exercise of jurisdiction in passing of the said order by the learned trial Court. 4. Considering the above, this Court do not find any reason for exercising its supervisory jurisdiction against the order dated 20.09.2023, as well as the subsequent orders, so passed in FC (Civil) No. 327/2020. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. 6. The interim order passed by this Court, on 24.11.2023, stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
