It appears from the report that in an earlier writ petition filed by one of the private respondents, a coordinate Bench of this Court, by an order passed on 25th September, 2025 in WPA No. 22492 of 2025, directed the Superintendent of Police of the concerned District to oversee that so far as the right, title, interest and possession of the property was concerned, there was no interference by the police authorities without a specific order from a Civil Court. The Court also directed the police authorities to oversee regarding the factum of maintenance of peace and tranquility in view of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that they have not disturbed the peaceful possession of 2 the petitioner in the property in question in any manner whatsoever. In an earlier title suit filed by the petitioner, the learned Trial Court has declared the right, title and interest of the petitioner in respect of the property and has permanently restrained the private respondents from disturbing such peaceful possession. In view of the said decree, the police authority is directed to take necessary steps for implementation of the decree in its true letter and spirit. The police authority shall also continue their surveillance in the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and shall ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
