ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to consider his representation dated 31.07.2024.
2. Heard Shri Rakesh B. Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Mohammed Jaffar Shah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submits a representation on 31.07.2024 to the District Registrar, Jayanagar for adjudication of the agreement to sell, which was presented on 14.08.2021 and has also paid the requisite stamp duty. The document is not being adjudicated upon nor the representation of the petitioner is considered is the allegation of the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Government Advocate would submit that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of

the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed.
5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the respondent to consider the representation to pass necessary orders in accordance with law and communicate the orders so passed to the petitioner, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not earlier. Ordered accordingly.
