GP FOR APPEALS (AP) Counsel for the Respondent: 1. 2 The Court made the following Common Judgment: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Ninala Jayasurya) The present batch of appeals have been filed against a common order dated 10.03.2016 in L.A.O.P.Nos.474, 479, 476 and 480 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool District. 2. Heard Sri T.S.Rayulu, learned Government Pleader for Appeals. 3. At the time of considering the appeals, it is noted that, in respect of the acquisition of lands in Yerragudidinne Village for the purpose of excavation of 36R Sub-Minor Distributory in Block No.19 of Telugu Ganga Project, a batch of appeals came up for consideration before a co-ordinate bench of this Court and after detailed consideration, vide orders dated 24.07.2025 passed in L.A.A.S.No.158 of 2016 and batch, the market value of Rs.1,08,000/- per acre, as fixed by the Reference Court, was not interfered with. 4. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the present batch of appeals are liable to be dismissed and the same are accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
