O R D E R This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum, for the period of delay from 09.02.24 to 24.08.25, in paying the amounts paid towards the terminal benefits namely EPF Employees Contribution and Gratuity of her deceased husband/retired employee (Late) M.Dhanabalan, Staff No. CR11307.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The respondent is directed to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the belated terminal benefits payable to the petitioner from the date of his entitlement till the date of his payment within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
