2 Crl.M.P.No.966/2025 dated 08.04.2025 on the file learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for trial of offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam and permit the petitioners to execute personal bonds for Rs.20,000/- each with one surety instead of Rs.50,000/-with two sureties. 2. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that despite grant of bail by the I Additional District & Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge.for trial of Offences under the NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam in CrI.M.P.No.966/2025 dated 08.04.2025, petitioners/A3 and A4 could not furnish sureties for Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties to the satisfaction of Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsipatnam. He further contends that the petitioners belong to poor family and the petitioners are the only persons to look after their family members by doing coolie work. It is further submitted that more than two and half month time elapsed after granting bail to the petitioners and the petitioners family members could not comply with the order by furnishing sur.eties. ln the said facts of the case, petitioners request to consider their case on humanitarian grounds. 3. ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the Case, the condition imposed by the learned I Addit'IOnal District & ±-- a._.t¢ -tt ., -g,,
